IT Setup Email (2 of 2)
The initial IT Setup Email is generated as soon as a Coordinator is accepted because the setup does not require additional elements behind the scenes. As it states, "All other IT resources can be found on your Apartment Life dashboard, which will be available once your program is active in our system. Depending on the time between when you were approved for your community and the time that you begin your program, it could take a few weeks for it to become available.
This email is triggered when program goes Active or QA-Pass.
