How to send a digital agreement to a client for signature.

1. Open your deal inside of Hubspot

2. Open an Email Dialog Box to the person you want to send agreement:

• Option 1: Click the email of the recipient you would like to send it to.
• Option 2: Click the email button from the top left of the pane.

3. Click Templates

4. Find the "Agreement Digital Signature"

TIP: Sometimes you do not see the entire list of templates because you are filtered by

 only ones you are the owner of, click the down arrow next to your name in the template dialog box and choose any. 

5. Click your cursor next to the word "agreement:" and then select your quote from the top right corner of the email dialog box and select your quote to send to the client.

6. Hit Send
