If both of these Dashboard options are blank, there may be a setup issue with your account.
When you access your Dashboard, the "My Public Profile" should allow uploading an image:
The "Support Team Report" should display the report that your support team sees:
If both of these are blank, it is an indication of a setup error.
Please send an email to helpdesk@apartmentlife.org to get it fixed.
When you email the helpdesk, please include the following:
- Subject: "My Public Profile" and "Support Team Report" are both blank
