How do I review my staff's Hubspot usage?

We have created a simple Client Relations Divisional Dashboard that is available under the reports tab inside of Hubspot.

Tips for coaching

Contacts are the start of everything, if your staff aren't creating new contacts regularly they are not prospecting effectively. Even in a very developed market there should be new contacts as the multifamily industry is very transient.

Activities are proof that something is happening, we have purposefully not included emails as the actions that are most important are meetings, tasks and notes to keep the process moving.

Deals are the goal of everything, look for your staff to develop contacts and activities into actionable deals so that you can then begin to observe and coach them on their Industry Pipeline.
