How to input your Expectations into Hubspot and generate review tasks in Asana for your PD automagically.
Step 1: Open the deal that you want to create expectations for.
Step 2: Scroll down to Expectations that you have already saved in a note, meeting, or task previously. If you are not sure how to do this please refer to the following article.
Step 3: Click the add button on the right-hand sidebar next to Expectations.
Step 4: Begin entering the name and other expectations by copy and pasting from the notes from your meeting.
To align with best practices we have created a way for your Program Director to give you feedback through an integration with Asana and Hubspot.
Remember to set your Expectation Status to Draft at first so that the PD will get a task assigned to them over in Asana and they will be able to give you feedback on anything they have heard, or want to clarify from your notes.
Step 5: Set Expectation Status to Draft
Step 6: Complete all of the fields fully with Specific, Achievable and Measurable details that will assist your PD and coordinator to make a great program.
Step 7: Click Create Expectations.
Once your PD has given you feedback and you have made changes to the Expectations you can now set the Expectation status to Confirmed and then save.
Step 8: Change to Confirmed and save.
Step 9: Celebrate! You did it!!!
