Coordinator Backfill Bonus Process

Here’s an overview of the backfill bonus process

  1. In the SLX Go Live Wizard, there is a question that asks the PD if this is a backfill bonus.
  2. If the PD selects that it is a backfill bonus, then an auto email goes to people@apartmentlife.org

    Hi –
    The program director for the following new program believes this current/previous coordinator/team might be eligible for a backfill bonus.

    Property: [[Property.PROPERTY_NAME]]
    New Coordinator/Team: [[Team.TEAMNAMELASTFIRST]
    Potential Referral Team: [[Other.PreviousTeamName]]

    Could you please look at the Lever application for [[Team.TEAMNAMELASTFIRST]] and:
    1.       If [[Other.PreviousTeamName]] is listed in the appropriate question (see below), email dianalovett@apartmetlife.org and let her know that [[Other.PreviousTeamName]] is eligible for the additional backfill bonus.  
    2.       If [[Other.PreviousTeamName]] is not listed, please email the program director to let them know [[Team.TEAMNAMELASTFIRST]] is not eligible for the additional backfill bonus.

      The appropriate question on the Lever application is:  If someone referred you to Apartment Life, please type their name and email address or phone number so that we can follow up with them at the right time about a potential referral bonus!
